Our Skills

We specialize in creating tailored image analysis workflows for cancer research. Our workflows are Artificial intelligence based and requires creating training data and training the models on the HPC. Our workflows span the domain of imglib2 based Fiji plugins and Napari plugins along with python scripts runnable on SLURM and non-SLURM based HPC/workstations and laptops.
